Some advice from someone who knows:
when you meet someone and they tell you they have a mental disorder, have been institutionalized, and that all of the members of their family and friends have abandoned them....
dont go out with them. it sometimes better to be alone.

Aw man, I could have told you that. Especially because there are no mental disorders that can't be fixed by pulling your head out of your ass. Sucks to hear your fate though.

I just broke up with my boyfriend, whom I think really is the love of my life. We basically broke up because there is a lot of stressful things going on in his life that he needs to sort out and he doesn't want me to be involved in this and make me even more sad and confused. We still love each other very much and are going to be friends, but I'm really heartbroken. And the worst thing is I moved out here in Vancouver partly for him (not entirely) so now I'm alone to mend my broken heart. I've only been here for two months and haven't really made friends. I'm not good at making friends. I'm easy to talk to and people usually like me right off the bat, but I'm always too shy to call people up to hang out, so I basically stay by myself... Being new in town sucks.

Well, I really don't mind the fact of being single, that's okay. I would rather be single than having a bad boyfriend. What I miss is having good friends and my family around me. Because they do care about my feelings.
